How does call forwarding work?

Will customers know they're talking to an AI?
The ElevenLabs voice is genuinely difficult to distinguish from a human in most calls. The Pro tier clones a real voice from a 1-minute sample. Callers want their problem solved — the AI does that professionally. We never claim it's human, but we don't announce it either.
What is smart endpointing?
Standard voice AI uses silence to detect when you've finished speaking — if you pause mid-thought, it cuts in. Pro and Custom tiers use semantic endpointing which reads both audio tone and sentence meaning to know when you've actually finished. The AI never interrupts.
Can it do outbound calls?
Outbound calling is available on Pro and Custom tiers on request. The agent identifies itself, handles objections, and books or reschedules automatically. This is configured during onboarding based on your specific use case.
